We are looking forward to celebrating with you at our wedding in Coronado, California.

 

We want you to understand that we take the health and comfort of our guests seriously.  The rehearsal dinner, wedding and farewell breakfast will be taking place outside, with some of the events in a tent or on a patio.  The current health situation is constantly changing and evolving and we are adjusting plans accordingly. We completely understand if you choose to celebrate by zoom.  Please feel free to let us know at any time if your plans change (see email address and phone number below).

In light of the age and/or health status of a number of our guests, we are asking all guests to do the following:

 

As we indicated previously, we are only having guests present who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please confirm that you are fully vaccinated by uploading a photo of your vaccine card below by October 3rd:

Please get a COVID-19 test 1-2 days prior to traveling to the wedding festivities (Wednesday 10/13, Thursday 10/14, or Friday 10/15). We know this may be inconvenient, but we are prioritizing our guests' safety over convenience.  We recommend you plan ahead and make an appointment.  Please see our website for a link to testing locations.  If you need any assistance with this, please let us know.  We are happy to accept the results of any antigen or PCR test, and ask that you submit the results below to the Covid Test Form by Friday, October 15th at 5pm PST:

*It is easiest if you use your phone to take a photo of your vaccine card and test result and upload it directly onto the form from your phone. 

 

We ask that if you receive a positive test result you do not attend any of the wedding events. Also, if at any time you are not feeling well, we ask that you kindly do not join in the festivities in person.

 

If you are unable or unwilling to comply with any of the above, please let us know as soon as possible. No hard feelings, no judgments, just wedding logistics.
